Our firm has experience with reviewing and drafting residential and commercial Agreements of Purchase and Sale. While a real estate agent will normally assist you with negotiating an initial offer, we can review the Agreement and advise you on the satisfaction of any conditions and your rights and potentially adversarial matters that exist.
Negotiating Amendments
We can also assist in negotiating amendments to an unsigned agreement and once your deal is firm, we can close your real estate transaction in accordance with the terms of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
Our Representation
Our representation goes beyond reviewing and helping you carry out your obligations under the Agreement. We take all the necessary steps to search your property for liens, zoning, outstanding work orders, mortgages and any issues that would encumber title, prior to closing. Our aim is not only to protect you throughout your transaction but to avoid issues arising after closing.
