James Walsh has had the privilege of practicing law for over 50 years, with much of that time dedicated to serving the Vaughan community. Under his leadership, Walsh & Associates has evolved to specialize in Corporate Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Leases, and Mortgages.
As he transitions the leadership to the next generation of talented young lawyers, James takes pride in the legacy of strong relationships the firm has built. Over the years, Walsh & Associates has guided thousands of clients through pivotal moments—whether launching new businesses, purchasing or selling properties, or planning for the future to ensure individuals and families are protected during life’s transitions and unexpected events when it’s needed most.

Mehria completed her paralegal education in Ontario before graduating with honours from Bangor University in the United Kingdom, where she attended law school. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services, she has honed a deep understanding of landlord and tenant matters as well as small claims court. Additionally, her strong litigation skills enhance her effectiveness in representing clients. Passionately preparing for her exams to become a corporate, commercial, and real estate lawyer, Mehria is eager to expand her expertise and impact in these fields.
